Neil's Vinegar Slaw-

60% vinegar
40% water

1 Cup of sugar

1 Tbs dry mustard

 

Bring to boil, then let cool. Pour cooled solution over shredded cabbage, bell pepper, onion.

Add salt, pepper, celery seed to taste. Let soak overnight.
